Iggy Pop, Big Day Out Sydney 2011.
I attended (and photographed) my first Big Day Out on Australia Day.
What a sight to behold. Chasing around a shirtless Iggy Pop throwing himself around the stage with my camera was both a challenge and a pleasure.
Although I felt totally drained and absolutely exhausted at the end of the day, this was fun.

I photographed the likes of La Roux, Empire of the Sun, Metric, Lady Sovereign and Little Boots for the Today Network.
It was an overcast day at Kippax Lake in Sydney, with stormy skies threatening to break and drench all and sundry.

Having Daft Punk the year before is always a hard act to follow, however, Nevereverland 2008 did not disappoint.
Ladyhawke and Cut Copy are personal faves so it was a joy to shoot them live.
